Congratulations – You have purchased the greatest baking product ever! Dough Eggs are not only incredible, they can be ordered in exactly the assortment that you and your family want. Everyone can have their favorite cookies with one purchase – enjoy fresh baked gourmet cookies and no one has to deal with the mess and many ingredients needed to satisfy everyone! This award winning, patent pending product is the rage of Rochester – home of Cole & Parks. Enjoy!

(P.S. – Dough Eggs are made with pasteurized eggs, so if someone sneaks a Dough Egg to eat raw – don’t worry, they are safe (and delicious) to eat raw!)

STEP 1

Determine if you want to bake cookies that are Large (approx. 3 oz) or Medium-sized (approx. 1.5 oz). If you want large cookies, go on to STEP 2. If you want Medium-sized cookies, Cut your Dough Eggs in half with a sharp knife.

STEP 2
Place your Dough Eggs on an unprepared baking sheet and let them sit at room temperature until they become soft to the touch.

Preheat Conventional Oven to 345°

STEP 3 - A

If you are baking either Peanut Butter or Pecan Crinkles, see below.
Otherwise, skip to Step 3b.

Peanut Butter
Allow the Peanut Butter Dough Egg to soften. Wet a table fork with water and dip it into your sugar bowl. Depress the Peanut Butter Dough Egg with the back of the fork to form a criss-cross. Press down so the Dough Egg is about half its original height.

Pecan Crinkle
Prior to packaging, Cole & Parks rolled your Pecan Crinkles in powdered sugar. Over time, some of this may get absorbed into the dough. You may wish to roll it again in powdered sugar if you have any. Otherwise, it is ready to go.

STEP 3 - B

Bake your Dough Eggs® according to the chart below and enjoy Cole & Parks Fresh Baked gourmet cookies. We feel strongly that cookies should never be over baked. As oven temperatures vary, please watch over them to insure you do not over bake.
